PROCEEDINGS
All accepted conference abstracts will be published in a special issue with ISSN/ISBN.
The conference proceedings, according to the topic will be published in ISI Journals or Indexed Journals.
In order to allow the editors to publish the proceedings without delay, all authors must submit their manuscript to the Scientific Secretariat by 15th of September 2016.
